One of the founding Partners of MOH Law, Mark set the practice up in 1995 with Brett Morris and David Hearle. Mark specialises in high value personal injury claims and technical insurance disputes.

Bryn specialises in Large Loss and Catastrophic Injury cases where his considered approach to litigation is valued by clients.

Since joining the firm Chris has practised in Insurance Litigation and has a wealth of experience in all courts including the Court of Appeal which has led to him having a number of notable cases reported. Chris has a particular experience in dealing with Large Loss claims of all types and now also specialises in Fraud.

Nicola was made a Partner in 2009. Nicola specialises in Credit Hire and Credit Hire Fraud in particular high value claims.

Michelle completed a placement year with MOH Law while a student at University. She returned following completion of her degree and qualified as solicitor with the Firm. Michelle became a Partner of MOH in 2024. She specialises in Defendant Insurance work and all aspects of Legal Costs.

Allison Hampshire qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and has since worked exclusively as a specialist claimant injury lawyer. Allison deals with complex and catastrophic injury claims, never losing sight of the individual needs of the victims of accidents.

Since joining MOH Law, Paul has worked exclusively in Claimant personal injury in road traffic, public liability, occupiers liability and employers liability cases. Paul handles high value claims and has a calm professional manner that inspires confidence in his clients.

Justin brings a wealth of experience to his work in Defence Litigation undertaking both Fast Track and Multi-Track claims.

Lesley is the supervisor of the ULR department. She graduated with Ilex in 1999 and was admitted as a Fellow in May 2015.

Paul joined MOH Law as a paralegal in September 2014 from a specialist insurer and financial services company. He qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2021 and was made an Associate of MOH in 2023. Paul has a busy and varied caseload in the Defence Litigation department.

Eleanor is a Trainee Legal Executive and works in the Personal Injury team.

Olly returned to MOH Law in 2023 as a paralegal having previously spent a Placement Year with us as part of his law degree. He is now an apprentice Solicitor in our Defendant team with a particular emphasis on indemnity and outlay recoveries.
